Warning: Fake Suboxone Pills all over Philly

I just did some subutex and it had a strong perfume/soap like taste! The imprints and all looked the same. It was the M924 kind. I'm not sure if someone at the pharmacy had lotion or purfume on their hands or what! But this is the second time in the last two weeks this has happened! Not all are like this tho, the others seem fine!
And to the ppl thinking it isn't a big enough business to bother faking, know tht where I'm at it is the most popular besides meth! It goes for up to (alot; but please don't use actual numbers for prices) per pill on the streets!

All sorts of pharmaceuticals are routinely being counterfeited these days; it's almost inevitably fentanyl (as far as opiates go; there is another huge issue with fake X|A|N|A|X bars) ... I assume these would be fentanyl or an analogue, although if someone knows better please let us know...but suboxone given it's nature is an odd one to counterfeit though. Taking fentanyl sublingually, as you would a suboxone pill, is definitely more effective than taking it orally, but if you're on suboxone, you're not gonna get much from it unless you take a huge does and that straddles somewhat dangerous territory. Definitely not what I would spend my time effort & money faking if I were in the counterfeit-pill business. And the large existence of black market suboxone and the high prices it commands always surprises me as it is not that hard to get on suboxone and if you're used to being on dope then taking suboxone occassionally is just gonna make shit more painful for you. But whatever the market wants, I guess, it gets.

I highly doubt that is why they are selling the fake ones..if someone wants dope theyll get dope

most likely the reason why is the simple reason, they sell like hotcakes in kenzo...my boy used to get 120 of them a month and he was able to get rid of all of them in 2-3 days working 5-6 hours shifts under the el....since february though when the guy was shot near the somerset station there has been a cop there 24/7 so people moved, but the past week or so i've noticed there hasnt been a cop, but still its not like it was back then when you had 10+ people selling works/subs/xannys all at that stop, you could walk down the stairs, cop, and walk right back up and get back on the el in less then a minute lol..was crazy but no more!

yeah they didnt sell heroin there though. Or crack. You could sell subs wholesale to those people for half of their value though. I wonder if anyone ever actually got food at that Chinese place.

I used to just walk up and down Kensington Ave around that area heading towards Allegheny looking for white people heading towards Somerset to sell subs to.
