I smoked the weed in Vietnam 10 years ago while on vacation - really not too bad, lower-mid-level.
It cost almost nothing. Around 3-4 $US for about 1.5 to 2 grams.
I later learned that the rickshaw drivers sometimes sell weed to tourists and then tell the police (for a reward).
I guess I was really lucky.
Vietnam was beautiful, but it was especially nice to experience it high!

I'd be way to sketched out to smoke wed in Vietnam. I don't know their specific laws, but most of SE Asia have extreme drug laws to discourage use.

I don't believe that the pot theses little jungle monkey kids are smoking could be any more potent than the weed I'm smoking. The whole sale was a pretty good deal but I think $12 is too much for a joint. "cigarette" is not a unit of measurement. There could be 0.2 grams of weed in it or 1.2 grams. It just seems like propaganda to me.
