Warning about buyg test kits

OK, I have been holding off from this as I dont like head banging, however,

It has been to long over 20 days and 3 emails over the span of this week asking polity about the kit,
ignored and unanswered.
I would recommend NOT! buying a test kit thu Bluelight or directly from eztest

I bought thru Bluelight.
I paid for the kit then received this notice:

Dear EZ Test/pillreports customer,
Here's a short note to let you know that your EZ Test order has been
sent and is on its way to you! Please bear in mind that generally takes

up to 4-8 business days (depending on your location and postal
services)
to get to your address as we have sent it by priority (snail) mail.
Also, many times the parcel will not fit in the mail box and the postal

services leave a note that tells you to come and pick it up somewhere.
Keep an eye on your mail box because sometimes they send it back when
it's not collected! If you have any questions about the test please
visit our website: www.eztest.com or write us an email:
[email protected]. Thanks again for ordering and good luck testing!

I know things can go wrong with mail but my email works and so does communications.

My advise, find a competitor to purchase from

Below is a responce I recieved from EZtest:

Unfortunately, priority mail does not give us any tracking options, so we are depending on the quality of your local/national postal services. Sometimes it just takes a bit longer, sometimes a bit less... Also, many times, when the parcel does not fit in your mail box, they leave a note telling you to come and collect it somewhere.
Let's giev it some more time and when the parcel hasn't arrived by wednesday I will resend.
I can understand your frustration about this but there's really not a lot more that i can do at this moment.

I am sorry tho that it took posting to bluelight to trigger a response.

That you would offer to resend another kit if this one does not arrive tells me much about your creditability and trust you put in of the customers that purchase from you.
