Wanting to try TestE

hey guys im looking into trying to bulk up with TestE, it seems like a good first time injectable. id like to packed on more muscle then what PHs give me, there fun but, i think it would be more fun to inject, plus it seems like it would be alot better for my liver, a friend of mine who is familiar with AAS said that PHs are a waste if your gonna do it then do it right. so im gonna do my own homework before i jump into it. just looking for opinions and any good sources to read on TestE- doses, hcg, pct, how many times a week to inject ( id like once a week if its possible i hate injecting but will do it ) and just any other info.

lift 5 days a week arms/shoulders, legs, rest, back, chest,rest,rest
ill be eating around 4000-4500 cal a day 205x20
exp with winstrol ( dam its painful) mehtl 1t, havoc, pherphlex, some other PHs that where a waste of money, and of course i take the normal cellmass for post work out, and black powder for prework out. multi, joint meds, omega 3s
been lifting for six years now. just coming off a back injury for a year and lost alot of muscle.

Welcome Rhino, glad to see you made it over to these parts. Rest assured you will find all the help and guidance you need here. I would suggest running a test e cycle with perhaps the use of an oral as well, dbol for example. I'll lay out a simple cycle for you, we can tweak it if necessary.

test enanthate 500mg e/w 1-12 250mg 2X a week, M&Th.
dbol 30mg ed 1-5

HCG 300iu 2-12 E5D (this is to be injected sub-q, like an insulin shot)
Proviron 50mg e/d 1-14

Clomid for post. Some will say use nolva instead, but since you are not running a real heavy cycle, I don't see the need. Some people (including myself) get post cycle acne from nolva.

Be sure to take some milk thistle to help protect your liver. But before you go ahead into this, we have to make sure your diet is in order. What does your diet look like? At your weight, I would aim for some more calories since you are bulking, 4K a day is on the lighter side. What is your average protein intake? And lastly, what is your BF% and height?

well im at 230 right now i plan to be around 205 when i start, right now id say im around 25% thats ruffly if i remember right when i was 205 last year on winny i was like 18% and im 6ft, and your saying to add more calories now thats no problem i freaking love food. right now im cutting to my normal 205 so im taking in between 2000-2300 and a day with around 300 hundred in protein, carbs in the after noon.

and yes milk thistle is on the list!

so why the dbol? do you really need something to jump start Enanthate? and i like your numbers i was looking at 500mg a week, but i was thinking 8 weeks?? why do ya say 12?

i read a little about HCG last night but might have misunderstood, but i thought it said i didnt need a post if i took any HCG, do i still need a post like clomid if i take an HCG?
 
Yes, you need a post no matter what. You need to start making your own test again, HCG will not help here. HCG will prevent your nuts into turning into the size of raisins. Post should always include something like nolva or clomid (or both).

I suggested the dbol because test enanthate takes a while to kick in. It usually starts working around week 4, just about when you would stop the dbol. It's up to you, I'm a huge fan of the stuff. You might also want to consider some adex. Adex helps a great deal with water retention, and test enan will cause you to bloat a bit, as will the dbol. Suggested dose would be .5mg EOD, 2-12.

I believe 8 weeks is too short, the test won't start working until you are half way through. I would do 8 weeks only if I was cutting and using short esters or preping for a contest.

Your protein intake would look sweet at 2gr per body pound, so if you start at 205 lbs., aim for around 400gr. or so. Some use 1.5gr per pound.

ya i was thinking about doing a post anyway, i wish i had done a real post with i did dbol and methl 1, and superdrol.

a question do you think it being my first cycle on testE do i even need to take HCGs?

and ill definately up the protein!!, and i wont have to much a problem with the water retention it will be winter.

im patient so i might not get the dbol unless i have the extra money for it, i like dbol i thought about doing a cycle of dbol the right way instead of testE. i took dbol once like 5 years ago.

You don't NEED to have HCG. But, if you don't want to be walking around with nuts you can hardly find, I'd use it. Besides, your lady friend will notice and if you have not all ready told her...there could be some probs.

Again, like the dbol. It's your call. I suggested the dbol because you have used a few other AAS and PHs before. Dbol is a great kickstarter for a test only cycle. Gives you great pumps and does make you feel rather good.

Never run dbol alone. Rule of thumb, always use test as the base or foundation of any cycle.

V have you had the and sides from the clomid? i think i can deal with the acne from nolva, but iv heard alot about visual sides from clomid ( at high doses like 150 for long periods)
 
No sides from clomid, that's why it's all I really use for PCT. It's what works best for me. Nolva is far stronger.

I never had the need to run it longer than 4 weeks. I would not suggest running 150mg for long periods of time. Generally, you start at a high dose for the first few days/week. Than you gradually decrease it. There are several methods. I use 200mg for the first 5 days, 100 mg for the next week, 75mg the 3rd week, 50mg 4 week. 200/100/75/50. I've also seen 100/50/50/50. There isn't a method that is set in stone. It really depends where your levels are currently at. Some cycles take a bigger toll, causing you to recover slower. If you took things like adex, proviron, HCG, etc. while on your cycle, recoveries are much easier.

Not everyone gets acne from nolva, but if you get it, it can be bad. Backne is also there, not a pleasant site when your shirt comes off. It may not bother you at all, who knows until you try it.

ya from what iv seen it only seems like the sides where seen from taking a high dose for long periods,
ill probably split the differance and 150/100/75/50??

so if i decide to go with it so far the shopping list is

Organon pregnyl 3x5000 amps
Anfarm Hellas S.A. clomid 72 tabs 50mg maybe i will run an extra week since ill have some left over
 
Sounds like a solid cycle...I plan on running a 500mg/Test Enanthate cycle in my near future...

Make sure to keep a log.
 
o ya im definately gonna keep a log and pictures to post up on here. im getting really excited i talked to a buddie of mine and he helped me with the injections the first time ( im a puss ) and he is gonna help me again. i wanna try and find someone who has kept a log with pics

I ran a cycle (gained 16 pounds after PCT) before I hit my genetic limit and for awhile I thought it was a great idea, but now in retrospect I realize it was a poor choice. Even with a great PCT its still real hard on your body, recovering.

You basically double the amounts of gains you can make using testosterone exogenously (shots of it). So in three months you could possibly hope for (if you hit diet/training VERY well) about 24 lean pounds, MAX. Compare that to about 10-12 pounds naturally training over that same amount of time (most guys can gain naturally about 4 pounds of lean mass a month once their initial fast gains slow down). Now you have PCT to go through (4 weeks) and your gains will stall and you will possibly lose some if you are not on it diet/training. All the while if you were natural you could be cruising through and steadily gaining and not having to deal with liver-toxic and expensive PCT drugs and the moodswings that go with recovery of HPTA.

I'm not bagging on steroids, per se, they are extremely fun drugs to take and they make time in the gym insanely intense and you do gain muscle mass faster than natural if your diet is correct. It just doesn't end up being worth it (imo) if you're well below your genetic potential (you are).

how do ya know when you have reached your genetic potential there is no way to base this on age, everyone is different. two years ago i did my 3rd mass gaining in the winter with nothing but pre work out stuff, i saw a little difference and i didnt seem to make any real progress as far as size. my diet was in check i felt like a bloated fat ass from eating 400g of protein aday and not doing cardio but once aweek. im still weighing my options, my next step is to look into mass diets maybe im missing something
