35mg of doc/day? daily? thats quite a massive dose right there....
unfortunately i dont know of any previous case to deal with such a long term and daily use of doc (or any dox for that matter). might also be helpful to explain what you mean by "others" ...
my suggestion is to just stop and maybe seek some help in the form of a friend, so that if something bad does happen at least there is someone aware of the situation. i really doubt there will be any true withdrawl effects other than psychological damage... talking about the whole experience and the reasoning behind it might give you some closure and integrate the experience so far. not to mention come in handy to others who might be caught in a similar situation....
i would also consider it wise to try to keep your mind off drugs, involved in other things. try to life a healthy lifestyle, get in touch with friends, go out, enjoy the outdoors. keep your mind busy. work. work out. read a book, revisit old hobbies.
take care of your body. eat healthy, stay hydrated. sleep at fixed hours.
( some might say have some benzos on hand if you feel too anxious, but dont use them unless absolutely neccesary)
this is just general advice. i suspect the ride will be bumpy, but there are people that you can talk to and at least theres that.
i wish you the best of luck.
