Wait a month before doing it again.

If you want to roll harder, take one pill and then redose in an hour by taking another pill. Redosing after that isn't worth it.

You can do it once every other day for about 3 days, and then wait about 8 days and still not have any real noticible tolerance.

OP: it would help you a lot to read our directory (in my signature below). Though many people make the mistake of "honeymooning" MDMA, it's generally recommended that you wait atleast 30 days for serotonin replenishment.

This is good advice.
