Well I am trying to think of what I want to do tonight and I already decided that I was going to cwe 1 10-500 2 7.5/750's and 3 5/500 vicodins. That puts me at 40 mg of cwe'ed vic. Now I have been nabbing pills here and there and Im not really sure what would be the most safe or fun thing to do and pair with it. I have 4 50 mg of tramadol, 3 25mg Promethazine hydrochloride and 4 .5 mg of lorazepam. What would be your guys choice if any of these to pair with the cwe vicodin? Please and thanks for the help.

What's your tolerance? The one time I CWE'd 40 mg vicodin (and I'm sure I lost half of it by mistake) I was sick as a dog for 12 hours.

It's not recommended a person go over 4,000 mg acetaminophen per day, 3,000 to be safe. I wouldn't interpret that as one sitting but you need to be careful. Don't take the tramadol with vicodin either.
