I'm aware of the typoes in the title, I just didn't have enough room to type out the whole thing. I think this goes in the second opinion forum BTW but idk for sure so I just put it in homeless. Anyway, I went vegetarian like 6 months ago and vegan like 2 months ago and figured I'd share my easy technique to help do it if anyone wants to go vegetarian or vegan but needs help. What I did was I ate about 75% of the food I normally eat in a day all while I'm high as one big meal, and then eat the other 25% sober just whenever like as a snack. (EDIT: I'm separating everything before this from everything after this to make it easier to read and understand. Before this was my main strategy for going vegan and the main purpose of this post. After this is just extra tips and some other info.)This isn't really necessary if you're going vegetarian, but if you're going vegan and have other non-vegans living in your house you can go through all of your food and label it with a check mark for vegan or an X mark for non vegan. Then, when you're high, you don't have to think about whether what you're eating is vegan or not or read the labels or anything. Another tip (this one works all the time but more when you're high) is whenever you want to eat non-vegetarian/vegan food look up a video of animals in slaughterhouses or something similar and then tell yourself you're doing that to them and the only reason is so you can have one snack instead of another. When I went vegetarian, after just 3 days meat wasn't even appealing and after a week and a half I was literally scared of meat while high. Also, anytime you want non vegetarian/vegan food while sober you can just go smoke but tell yourself before that you have to eat vegetarian/vegan food instead. What's better, a piece of bacon sober or some strawberries high? I know most people here aren't going to care about smoking that much weed in a short period of time for a good reason because of health concerns, but in case anyone is worried about their health take into consideration the fact that processed meat is just as likely to cause cancer as smoking tobacco. Heavy weed smoking for a week or two or a lifetime of cigarettes. Anyway, those are just a few tips to help out if anyone wants to go vegetarian or vegan. If you try this come back and reply if it worked out for you. This is off topic but I figured I should put this here because it's something that pretty much all vegans on bluelight would wanna know, standard pill caps are made out of gelatin (made of cow bone marrow) and a common filler in pill tablets is a milk extract (forgot the name of it but it's in almost all tabs). You can usually find alternative brands of OTC pills made out of vegetable caps instead of gelatin, but IDK what to do about the pharms. I dont take any OTC tabs so IDK if the milk extract is in there too. just googled the pill code for all of them with "vegan" ,or if that didn't work, "inactive ingredients" after it and then googled all of the inactive ingredients with "vegan" after it if you wanna find out if any specific pill has animal products in it.

i have something of this from being a DXM daily user (150mg). Because i have no addictions, including food, and don't use dopaminergic drugs or such, all my background experiences are very intense, like being overwhelmed with beauty. i eat an anti-addiction diet, mostly vegan, no junk food or high fat/protein crap, but the secret is, my diet is fantastically satisflying because of my state of mind. i love spices, complex flavors, earthly foods, etc. it's really being high on life.
