you pushed me under
and held me there
ignored my screams
love is hurt
love is hurt
what's wrong with me
]you treat me better than anyone ever has
]and im wrong to not want it
]i honestly think
]id like to be treated like shit
]and i dont know why
]your too sweet
]too caring
]too kind
well listen
you hate me to love you
but love me to love you
and love me to rape you
it's so confusing when you drown me
next time
i might not swim back to the surface
]ryan. im going to tell you something.
]thats going to make you want to kill me.
]please say nothing.
]im sick of this bullshit.
]i love you.
]i cant get you off my mind. ever.
]you haunt my fucking dreams.
]you rape me of reality.
]and i hate you for every ounce of it.
]dont say anything.
so i'm supposed to just sit on my hands
soaked to the bone
shivering wet
while you forget those memories
and blame it all on kitties
I'M sick of this bullshit
it's like alias said:
hate you give up nothing.
love you give it up all.
so when i walk, i fall
but not without your hands
holding me under
holding me under
but everytime i get close to dying
you let me up
and god i love you for it
you'd never really kill me
and i know that
we've came close
but this is nothing like
our last walks on the water
i could see the shore
we seemed so close
but now i'm nervous
afraid we may drown
]i love you.
i love you too.

This is what Sigmund Freud had to say about dreams (and as fucked up as it may seem, this will explain the haunting part):
"Experience confirms our view that we dream most frequently of the things on which our warmest passions are centred." (J.G.E. Maass, the philosopher, quoted by Winterstein, 1912)
"...while the lover is busied in his dreams with the object of his sweet hopes..."
"And whatever be the pursuit to which one clings with devotion, whatever the things on which we have been occupied much in the past, the mind being thus more intent upon that pursuit, it is generally the same things that we seem to encounter in dreams: pleaders to plead their cause and collate laws, generals to contend and engage battle..."
"A dream does not indulge in reminiscence for its own sake. Such characters and images appear in our dreams either because they represent the voices of the past which still live on in us and influence our present behavior, or to tell us that something in our present situation reminds us of a similar situation in the past."
Now there's some food for thought.

I loved your poem. "we've came close
but this is nothing like
our last walks on the water" I really liked that part, it was so beautiful. for some reason, that just struck me as so peaceful. keep on writing. ~Roxie

That's why I love you hun. I trust and believe you. Things happen so fast, I'm glad we can both take the time to recollect and appreciate what we have. See you Saturday. :-/
