You claim to have the answers to the worlds turmoil,
But your cant even get your own god damned family

Am I supposed to sit here with this blank expression on my face,
As the world turns itself inside out right on front of me,
What the fuck am I really supposed to do from here
Its not that I don't care, I just choose to ignore
What I cant control.
I cant have control something that is inherently out of control,
Why focus energy on a task in which I am just a worthless pawn,
The overwhelming futility of it all makes me wonder
Why we even bother to worry about these things.
And why they even exist...
If nobody cared about the world they live in's fucked up state,
If an atomic mother fucking bomb drops but nobody cared why,
And nobody gave a shit who did it or why they did it,
Would there have even been a need to drop it
In the first place ?
The world is filled with wankers who sit here thinking of reasons
Reasons for pointless shit that probably doesn't even exist,
Until the reason for it has been unanimously justified,
Husbands, wives, children and friends come second,
To the 'cause'
What cause? There is no fucking cause! This is it! This is Life!

Yes Trivial, the worlds so called problems are nothing but trivial,
Look into your tiny circle of direct influence in the world,
That is amazing! It is incredible, That, you can change.
Your influence on the world is what is trivial!
Not the small things you ignore.
Change your own poor excuse for a life, not the world, Its doing fine.
