Waiting for the dealer to show up when you are sick.

I only experience this now if i happen to be in wds picking up my script refills when my dr is running behind. Then when the pharmacy takes their sweet ass time filling it.

Otherwise no such thing for me now :)

oh and the dealers being on time post that alot of you guys have been replying about. I mean i understand i use to deal with the same shit but you got to realize, that dealer is prob dealing with 10 ppl that are all sick telling him bro ill pay u 5 extra bucks if u come to me next.

I also think it is funny how dealers act like your buddy, but really they dont give a fuck about your bein sick. Idk though b/c i have def became good friends and even started chilling with some of my drug dealers. Most ppl say the best drug dealers are the ones that dont use, but ive had alot of pill dealers that have used and they understand what im sayin when i say im sick man.

The best method for me is too not let any of your other friends get the number or meet with your dealer. b/c then you can just buy alot and sell them or just always collect everybodys money and make a few for yourself. Ive always done that. I just really enjoy that part about drugs for some reason where some of my friends would rather just hand me the money and let me go get them myself. Im sure everybody has that Scar Face buddie in there group haha.

Well aren't you a good friend....

I just thank god that we live in a time where everyone has a cellphone. Read 'Junky' By William Burroughs if you want to see how fucked up it was to cop back then..One would basically tell their customer to meet them at such and such time over by the corner of something and something street, and then the customer would just hope the guy remembered to show.

Anyway, waiting for a dealer to show up when you're sick is just part of the game. It's how it's been for probably a hundred years or more, and it will continue to be that way unless drugs are legalized and one could walk into their local opium den and order a cup of PPT and a gram of heroin to go.

The best thing to do-if you can, is to always have some kind of emergency meds around, because this shit happens even with the best, punctual of drug dealers . For instance, always have a wake up, or some other kind of comfort med that can distract you somewhat from your withdrawals. This is key for me-I always save at least one bag for the morning, or if I have amphetamines instead, I use those (for some reason dextroamphetamine as well as methamphetamine...well especially meth, can mask opiate withdrawals really well in my case). If nothing else I'll try to make sure I at least have some benzo's on hand (unless I'm waiting to pick up benzo's).

Either way, I think it's essential to have something to wake up to, no matter how small or shitty- as long as it helps hold of WD for a little while longer, or masks them for a period of time, it's worth it, because I'm one of the people that will literally begin to get so sick feeling that I just won't even have the will power to go out and cop unless I have someone who can deliver or take me there by car.

This is me exactly. No matter what I make sure I have a dose for in the morning. There is no way I can get up and go looking for some when I am that sick like you get in the morning.

After about a year of using h, I've finally found a legit dealer that doesn't use so he's pretty buisness like, which is such a relief! I got the dudes number for my birthday, which was a pretty awesome present lol. He turns his phone off when he doesn't have any or is too busy, which is pretty much never, and always answers and says to come through right away.

Also it's pretty good shit and it's always on point or more. But theres been a few times where my boyfriend and I are stuck in some parking lot in a less than nice area of town for about 30 minutes, but it's not that bad when you have internet or a book/magazine. It's not always nice when you have RLS and are moving around in the car seat like crazy, but I haven't gone too many hours without h or bupe in awhile so I don't get that sick. Knock on wood.

It's better though, obviously, to be waiting around at your house so you can do whatever, then to be waiting in a car. Especially if you don't have shit to do!

I know this is an old thread but I'm sure there has to be lurkers reading this as they're waiting for their dealers. I have read every post in the 3 threads on here about the waiting game. My guy is actually really good, comes to me, on average takes about 20 mins. but every now and then he'll be here in 5. I won't have any loot until tomorrow night so I asked him yesterday if I could hold just ONE bag. He said "yeah I'll call you when I get around". 3 hours later.."yeah I'm in another town but I'll hit you on the way back". 3 hours later...no answer. It was around midnight so I gave up and called this morning, "yeah when I get around I got you". 2 hours later "I'm heading your way now". Hour later NO ANSWER. I call every 10 minutes for the next hour and no answer. I text him "I'll come to wherever you are. Just tell me where to go!". After 8 unanswered calls he calls me back "yeah I'm heading your way now". Hour later... NO ANSWER. By this point I am straight buggin! Have been buggin for 20 fucking hours actually! I decided to go out and take a bike ride through the city to try to distract myself. On the way out the door I decided to call one more time. Phone rang about 5 times, I thought it was going to go to voicemail... but he picks up "yo I'm at Fresh Grocer near your house but you have to hurry up". At a casual pace the bike ride would take 10 minutes. I got there in 3. Come home, and finally... sweet relief. I have been "chipping" for a few months now. Using a few times a week. But I realized the past 2 days that the obsession is coming back. The cravings were so strong, especially today. Through my months of chipping I haven't experienced fiending on the level that I have the past 2 days. And it feels pretty fucking awful. I went off thread topic here, sorry, but I have been fighting dope for 4 years now, preceded by oxycodone and fentanyl addictions. As I type this and reflect on the past 25 hours I gotta say, this shit ain't worth it! I have to stop now because for an addict like me, this chipping shit is only going to lead me back to a full blown habit. Stay safe people!

Agree with what some people here are saying about timing. Never really had any drug dealer who was reliable when it came to time. Even when buying like 7 grams of fishscale at once this one dickhead would never ever be on time, to the point he would sometimes even wind up texting after 6 hours of fucking about to say "be tomorrow now mate". It got to the point one day I phoned him up and said look do you want the money or not because I'm sick of you fucking around just tell me in real time, what does he say? "Sorry mate ok be 45 mins", 2 hours later no sign. I text him to tell him not to bother, his gear was decent but I could get better elsewhere without the stress.

Don't ever think just because someone is selling you drugs they are doing you a favour. You put up with that shit if your desperate maybe but if its happening regular tell em where to go. Your doing them as much of a favour giving them your custom. Same rule applies if the gear is consistently not upto scratch, tell them straight. You'll be surprised how many will then pull out another bag of better stuff.

This is an awesome thread!! Kept me busy for an hr while waiting for my buzz to catch up. Great idea for a thread op( long gone probably but fuck it!)

My H dealer when I still bought it was unemployed and lived at home. Very convenient, she was always home, where else was she going to be? I'd swing by, pick up, and leave. Simple.

Meth dealers are the best because they're always awake. Tar heads will sometimes nod out during the deal, LOL. It's like, I'm trying to give you money right now motherfucker, get it together

I absolutley hate this i have been waiting for like 2 hours just sitting here on the computer doing nothing then when he finally calls after 3 hours ill be there in 10 minutes. I rush outside to the parking lot and then get a call on my phone and he says oh i didnt see you outside when i pulled up so i left now you gotta take the bus over to my side of town is this going to be another 3 hour tour around the city. I so hate going through this. I am also on a methadone program but still feel i have to use. I feel like im in the 10th deminisioon of hell i so want this to go away. ugh. if i was the supplier i would be so reliable i would love to get all that money i cant belive it takes so long for someone to show up when all your trying to do is hand them money multiple times a day FML.

Thanks,

Sorry for the rant.

Now that I think about it, dealers are probably so terrible at being on time to keep themselves safe. Think about it, Imagine a customers phone is tapped and is being watched, or an undercover is talking to them or is using one of their customers phones (or they're trying to get the customer to arrange a meet himself as some sort of deal) they got out of an arrest, or even if the cops are staking out locations or heavily present, never being at the places they said they'd be at the times they said makes it pretty hard for someone to find out where they are and where they will be. Hard to set up stings, whatever, they're never where they say they are when they say it so its hard to pin them down, hard to trap them.

But there are all kinds of dealers, really...everyone from the average "user-dealer"/middleman-type to people who actually do it for a living & work a corner somewhere. Where I used to live the drug market was relatively small, so it was essentially a network of addicts who would sell to one another. Very rarely would you come into contact with someone who sold but didn't use. And those (addicts who sell) are the worst kinds of dealers IMO.

Regardless, when you're a drug dealer you're always exposing yourself to some level of risk simply from dealing with the customer, day in and day out. There's only so much you can do to isolate yourself from that risk when you're selling drugs on a retail level to end users...but in any case I don't think that's why a lot of drug dealers show up late, I think it's just because often they aren't too bright and punctuality isn't one of their virtues.

(Not all dealers are like that, though, some are freakin' ON IT, especially in larger markets/cities)

Here in San Antonio we hate the wait man. I'm usually the one Ppl wait for. But I also have to wait. Everyone has to wait . Chapo Guzman/ has to wait. Its part of the hell.of this crap

I've had 2 dudes for about 4 years. One is great, the other is a cock sucker. Big fat fuck who's car is always broken so I have to drive him around to get shit. Awful. He use to front big time though, think I still owe that dude a few hundred(actually, he sold me some fake shit so fuck him). Needless to say, I don't use him anymore
My main guy stays at home and sells fucking anything you need. Text him my order and go pick it up. It's nerve racking because he lives deep in the hood in one of the most dangerous cities in America and I stick out like a sore dick being white but he's always got what I need and is always home.
