Wait time after using DOC

So, The day before yesterday I tried some DOC.
Now I'm curious about the recommended wait-time between using DOC and DXM.
If anyone could give me a good idea, it's greatly appreciated.

Hmm. DOC is ridiculously long-lasting and I don't know what the half-life is, so I wouldn't like to say. I'd leave it longer to be on the safe side. Sorry I can't be more precise..
