panic in paradise

only hypothetically, i know the right answer to give, but id rather hear some facts/experiences.
ive been taking percocet for around six months now, i had 80 7.5, they were gone in six days...
i cannot buy i ate all those, i separated them into four bottles when i got home with them.
i dont go back to see my doctor until the 28th..!
i have all the classic symptoms on day three, and they are raging.
ive been a chipper for near twenty years; i abused cocaine and alcohol thoroughly so...
my heart has this gulping, hesitant inhalation, the left side of my chest feels collapsed, and is rather painful.
i have a reactive autoimmune d/o; and rib, sternum, lower shoulder blade pain, this is different though.
is a heart attack even possible from w/d alone, or is it more likely that my cardio/pulmonary system is in an "uninhibited hard to control its self state"?
deep down, i do not want to go for any amount of time on these pills, especially for another number of months.
acute vs chronic...
