So, as I type this, SWIM is under the full effects of 1 - 40mg Vyvanse (not prescribed to SWIM). Everything feels much better. SWIM is extremely focused (just played guitar nonstop for an hour), more awake than he has have ever been, and has so much motivation and energy to do things. SWIM never been diagnosed with ADD or ADHD, but wonders if there is any way that a doctor might prescribe this medication to him. SWIM isn't high and looking to stay high, he just feels that he could get so much more done and be a much more productive and friendly person. Thanks in advance.
 
This isn't the place to be asking how to get a doctor to prescribe you any particular medication.
 
Nobody here knows your particular doctor and how liberal they are with dispensing stimulants. Without a proper diagnosis it's not likely.
 
I understand. It just gives a level of focus that has never been experienced before and seems very helpful overall. Many thanks.
