Stimulants vyvanse withdrawl

ive been on vyvanse for 13 months. I wanna quit it but without it i simply cant get out of bed. Ive spent my entire summer vacation going through withdrawal and feeling heavy and sleepy. Im trying to quit it before xmas (im prescribed but i just dont trust my doctor anymore and i feel like its not doing me any good). Any tips on how to make the withdrawal less intense?
btw, Ive tried taking 300+ mgs of caffeine and that did nothing at all, still sleepy.

I wouldn’t quit cold turkey, I would slowly taper down your dosage and eventually quit.

If you’re able, perhaps try a different doctor. They may be able to assist in either tapering you off stimulant medication completely or in prescribing an alternative like methylphenidate or modafinil

If you can’t find a doctor to assist in a taper, contact your pharmacist. They are very knowledgeable about that sort of thing (and don’t charge a consultation fee…)
