Stimulants Vyvanse while sick (mainly allergies)

The last couple days my allergies have really been acting up but right before they hit I acquired some vyvanse.
I'm not so much sick as just allergic (I'm slightly achey with the typical flu lethargy, I'm still able to do somethings like go for walks and stuff but definitely not feeling up to par with how I normally am)
My allergies on the other hand have been pretty bad, sneezing like crazy, teary eyed to the point where it looks like I've been sobbing, runny nose, etc. etc. I have been taking OTC antihistamines and prednisone (a fucking lifesaver when it comes to allergies if you ask me) and the symptoms have started to taper off.

However, it has taken an ENORMOUS amount of willpower not to take the vyvanse, and am going to go legitimately insane if I don't take these things tomorrow, so I was wondering if anyone has experience with this and if the vyvanse (or other amps) made them feel worse, indifferent, etc. Tomorrow I'll probably be a little bit better but I doubt my symptoms will completely go away.
O ya dose is one 70mg for vyvanse, and started at 40mg prednisone 2 days ago, next 30mg, today 20mg and tomorrow it'll be 10mg (already researched and looks like there's no interactions between the two)

Advice would be much appreciated

First check and make sure its cool to mix prednasone and d-amp if theres no dangerous interaction than i make sure you stay hydrated and eat right. Some sleep will be good too

Ya I did I'm like 99% sure 10mg of prednisone won't do anything major. Only thing was high blood pressure but 10mg of prednisone is like nothing, its like my last dose before stopping.
Plus I might not even feel the need to take it since I'm actually feeling pretty up to par as of right now so unless things get worse somehow I'll probably feel near 100% tomorrow anyway.
And definitely gonna do all the things you mentioned I do them every time I take a stimulant, it's like second nature now haha
otherwise I'm still curious if you were having allergies and you took an amp what you would feel like.

Yea being sick and using amphetamines is ok, especially for allergies. It would help them better your symptoms better than any other otc medication. Amphetamines used to be an allergy and cold medication before it was scheduled.

Oh wow I never knew that I'm gonna look that up that's pretty interesting.
And I feel like almost completely better today so it doesn't even matter really, even though I'm pretty sure this could help other people in the future (including me) if they get in the same situation.

One 70 mg vyvanse should be fine, and you'll actually feel a lot better and be able to breathe easier on it, etc. Just don't take a massive dose because that will probably prolong your sickness, and make sure you eat while on the vyvanse.

They used to use amphetamines as a decongestant. If I was in your shoes I might even increase my dose a bit. You'll be just fine. No worries.

Damn the way you guys put it makes me wanna always keep a low dose amp around for when my allergies strike lol.

Amphetamines is actually a great medicine for the flu. You should probably take them like.. right now..

Edit - I see you took it already. nice. Told ya amps are great for flu like symptoms.

amps will dry you out, which is a good thing when your sinuses are gushing like mad from allergies. stims are great for allergies, thats why sudafed is recommended to ease the symptoms.
