vyvanse two days in a row

well i took a 5 day break from vyvanse and yesterday took 120mgs. for the comedown i took 2 mg klonopin. i have relativley low tolerance to klonopin as i only take it once a week or so for stim comedowns.

was going to take some vyvanse today probably in the afternoon. ive only done this once but with lower doses and since i started at 120mg im probably going to up it to 160mg. i really dont want to up the klonopin as i have a fear of getting dependent on i or hitting Wds. so id probably do 2mg again and if it wasnt working take another 1mg.

i know its not a good idea to take amphetamines two days in a row; i may not even do it. but if i were to is this is this and ok way to do it? in terms of like dependency or addiction. would it even be worth it?

and also how much worse would the next comedown be? thanks!

Sorry, but nobody can give you a "right" answer here. Anything anyone says will only be speculation.

You know your body best and you should know your limits.

Also, we certainly can't tell you whether you will become addicted to Vyvanse or not - that depends on how much you take and how often you take it. We also can't tell you whether this comedown will be worse than the other.

What I can tell you is that you don't need to worry about becoming dependent on clonazepam (Klonopin) if you are only taking it once a week.

So for the reasons I talked about above, I will be closing this thread.

EDIT: Just in case you didn't know, Vyvanse is lisdexamfetamine - which is a dextroamphetamine prodrug. It's likely that it will accumulate if you take it 2 days in a row at such high doses.
