Vyvanse overdose?

Two days ago I took four 30mg capsules of vyvanse XR (120mg in all) over the course of about six hours, and about three hours after my last dosage, I noticed that my heart was beating really fast and I would get lightheaded and dizzy when I tried to stand. I measured my heart rate at 110bpm, and about an hour later, I had a fever of 101. As of today, the fever is mostly gone (99F) and my heart rate is back to 71, but I still feel weak upon standing (though less so than tuesday) and if I look up, I get a stabbing pain behind my eyes. Also, for some reason I hadn't felt the urge to urinate since some time yesterday, and when I did finally a few minutes ago, the urine was brown. I'm not sure if that's from holding it in for so long or from an actual kidney problem, but I'm worried about whether or not I've overdosed, and I have some of the symptoms. My only doubt is that since it's been two days already, I would've thought that if I had overdosed, it would have happened already.
I'm afraid to call a pharmacy or go to the emergency room, because I'm not legally prescribed ADD medication and this was my first time on vyvanse. Has this happened to anyone else, and if so, is it a result of side effects or an overdose?

p.s. - I'm male, 6'1" and 170 pounds.

I've never had this with vyvanse but my maximum dose was 80mg or maybe 110mg... far below what I would think an overdose was even with my low tolerance.

However I sometimes have very strong drug experiences that kind of make me feel the way you do and at least 95, maybe even 96% of the time, it'll clear up maytee.

That's not an overdose and I don't think it's causing the urinary issues. According to House MD, brown urine means kidney failure. See a doctor!

Sounds like you were pretty severely dehydrated, man. It's really important to drink plenty of water when taking a high dose of amps, especially when you have no tolerance. Were you drinking any caffeinated beverages before or after you dosed? Were you on any other medications at the time? I've taken 140 mg vyvanse multiple times with no issues, but I have a tolerance..

You are mostly likely fine. Just get some sleep, drink good amounts of water, and eat something healthy.

sounds like you just overdid it a bit, but not an overdose or anything to really worry about.

the brown urine could either be from large amounts of lysine broken down from the lisdexamfetamine, from dextroamphtamine being excreted from your system, or from holding off on urinating for so long. nothing to go to the E.R. about, i'm sure your kidneys are fine and you have nothing to worry about.

next time go easy on the amphetamines, if recreational use "goes wrong"(and it does often, trust me) usually nothing too bad happens unless you are having severe chest pains, your body temperature is very high(104 degrees+), or you're going into psychosis.

*oh yeah take some multivitamins, eat something healthy, drink plenty of fluids(either water, juice, or gatorade; you want to keep hydrated and flush out your system), and get plenty of rest.

once you feel normal again, get some exercise as it will do your body some good and get it "back on track".

also, next time you do speed have some benzos around. they will help you comedowns and sleep, calm anxiety, bring down rapid heartbeat and high blood pressure, and help with other bad amphetamine side effects.

lol, when I was in highschool, i was taking 2 85 mg caps of vyvanse a day. one every 6 hors. i hated that shit so hard that i havent done amph since.

Definitely dehydration. The kidney issue is only possible if you were doing prolonged and extreme amounts of exercise. It is called Rhabdomyolysis and results is cola-coloured urine. You can only process so much Vyvanse at one time, I am pretty sure it is borderline impossible to actually OD on.
