I started a vyvanse 30mg prescription 3 weeks ago. How long does it usually take to find the optimal dosage? I was also wondering if my weight lifting gym workout result could be reduced and if it could even be dangerous?

I can't think of a reason why your weight lifting would interfere with your prescription. There is really no definite answer to how long it will take you to get your dosage just right. That answer has many variables. Just keep dosing consistantly, and tell your doctor if you experience adverse effects.

the fact that it doesnt last long enough seem to make me grumpy for half the day. I rather follow the gradual procedure instead of abusing it and ruined the purpose, when the effect wear off i take 1 coffe and than its more endurable.

i was worry that it could destroy the muscular fiber and make it harder to gain mass, and also trigger with my heart rate.

It'll take a couple of appointments before you find a good dosage. Don't abuse your Vyvanse; you might lose the script, and besides that, it's a terrible drug for abusing, but it works really well for controlling ADHD symptoms if you take it like you're supposed to. It's a pretty smooth ride, no real crash or anything like Adderall XR, and I find it lasts a lot longer as well.

30 mg is pretty low, I think like 50-70 mg would probably be the ideal dosage for most people.

Personally, I find Vyvanse to pretty mild all around. The elevated heart rate/blood pressure subsided in ~2-3 weeks. I know plenty of people who hit the gym hard and play sports on it. So maybe take it easy if you're feeling your heart bounding or aren't eating enough but once the side effects subside you should be fine.
