Vyvanse - Inexperienced - Vyvnase Conversion

Sorry if this should be in the Mega Thread, but I figured a successful reaction deserved its own thread.

Anyways~

After doing some research and seeing others experiences I decided to do a small scale experiment.

I combined:

60mg lisdexamphetamine

60mL hot tap water

200mg Trypsin

All ingredients were reduced to powder and placed in beaker with magnetic stir rod.

After an initial thorough vortex, stirrer was set to a low setting and left for 20 minutes.

Solution was split 3 ways, drank as a shot.

The three of us took a couple Tums to help soften the absorption. Within 30 minutes I personally felt moderately high. An hour into the dose I took 1,000mg Paracetam with 1 tablespoon Lechitin. This is following a first time dose of 5,500mg Paracetam this morning. Mind you, I have been taking Vyvanse 60mg a day as prescribed. After about 4 days of taking unaltered capsules daily the "highness" was almost null, reduced to more side effects than anything. I also have a long history with Adderall.

As I said, within 30 minutes all three of us felt moderately high. I continue to feel a sustained high here now, about 1 1/2 hours in.

I feel this is substantial, as my tolerance has been prohibiting me from achieving a "high" such as this. It is becoming unstable as I type, about to orally ingest 15mg Diazepam to smooth this out.

In conclusion, considering how much I would have felt orally ingesting 60mg, this was extremely successfull. A nice, quick up and quick down experience.

Perhaps an A/B Extraction would furthur this work, but as of now this was just what I wanted to achieve.

Thanks to bluelight for the info, more precise experiments to come:

  • PH buffering
  • Temperature Controlling
  • Varying Trypsin measurments
  • More accurate reporting!

Probably should go in Trip Reports rather then OD.

Beside, haven't there been other threads where people have said this works? Googling lisdexamphetamine turned up a few BL pages on converting to dex.

As for the other threads, you are somewhat correct. However, the most I could come up with was "Trypsin Works!", more or less. I figured it couldn't hurt to at least list out the details on how Trypsin may work and so on.

Just trying to add some substance to something that seems to be heavily lacking in any real experience.

do u build up tolerance for vyvanse? i just figured since its a prodrug and the actually amphetamine gets made by the liver....that maybe u would never build up a tolerance to it....what do i kno tho?
