Stimulants vyvanse and phentermine combo?

I'm prescribed 70mgs of vyvanse daily. I got my hands on some phentermine 37.5mgs
Safe to take together? Should I split the phen in half? Space the vyv and the phen out? Or just do one or the other
What are the pros and cons.
I also take topamax 50mgs twice a day and 60mgs cymblta, if it matters.

Phentermine doesn't give much of a high at all, moreso just a lot of stimulation. Back in the day before I got Rx'ed them, they would help me out a lot when I'd stay up all night to write a speech or a paper or something.

If you're used to your vyvanse dose, one of them shouldn't be too much for you (i'd either snort/mix in water and down 1/2 one to test tolerance). I've done a .5g of meth and snorted 3 or 4 phentermine in a night before (though I don't recommend this lmfao) and didn't really experience anything really bad. The nights a little foggy, but that's about it.

I will warn you though, that they are a lot more cardiotoxic than other sympathomimetic amines and can cause pretty bad tachycardia/palpitations. Just be careful.

And taken orally vs snorted or to drink it, is there that much of aa difference? I'm very very use to my vyvanse and often take 140mgs of it alobg with xtra strenth five hr engeries and xtra strength monster drink and then I feel semi good to go.
Excuse me if I'm not making sense I'm like half asleep from being up all night then trying to squueze last minute one or two hours in lol

Vyvanase needs to be taken orally to be effective.

Phentermine is a shitty stimulant but you can use it to potentiate the effects of the vyvanase if you like.

dude, just skip the phentermine, its complete garbage.

just take your vyvanse and be content with that, phentermine will just muddy the clean high of vyvanse, and wont even add any recreational effect to it, just dirty feeling PNS stimulation (not the good kind of stimulation). it also can only be taken orally, so dont snort it, youll just waste your pill, it wont do a thing.

yeah, wow. i was expecting a lot more out of the phentermine. i mean like not too much even stimulation wise, but at least anorectic wise as its rxed for. didn't really suppress my appetite at all, until i then took my vyvanse, which usually always reduces my appetite.
if anything i just feel a little sweatier, which is gross and considered a negative in my mind =/
i'm trying to get my body use to eating less as over the last few months ive been a garbage disposal and not able to do much exercise because of chronic pain, busy constantly, etc. and have gained a total of twenty lbs. So i just wanted a supplement for a short time to help me get into the routine of my USUAL eating habits, and not like an endless pit being filled, which is what this phentermine is supposed to do!
its rxed to a family member, so its not even mine to take really, but its not a lot of weight to lose as im not obese and its not for long term use anyhow.
idk..it just was NOT what i had hoped for at all.

Damn, Kaity, you must really love the adrenaline rush, almost all the drugs you take and health questions you ask on here have to do with norepinephrine or norepinephrine overload causing problems like twitching and anxiety and possible seizures while you slept... I hope you're not drinking coffee on top of all of this, too...

Why do you love Norepinephrine so much? It will kill you slowly if you overdo it by destroying your cardiovascular system....

If i were you, i'd stick to vyvanse, which is less NEergic than things like adderall or phentermine. d-isomer stimulants are much safer, and smoother feeling, and ultimately more recreational. these drugs include dexedrine, vyvanse, desoxyn, and focalin, but i wouldn't recommend focalin as its very weak and very dirty, and has a lot of unpleasant effects. vyvanse should suffice, and its the second cleanest stimulant available (desoxyn being the first) but i would reccommend that you never mix stimulants with each other, you gotta decide on one stim per usage. If it's not enough to just take one, then you should give your tolerance a rest.
