Vyvanse and extreme bloating

i decided to take 80mg of vyvanse. I took them with some water, and they are working fine, but my face is puffy as hell. I had plans to go out tonight, and there is no way I'm leaving the house looking like i weigh 400lbs from the neck up. Keep in mind, this is not a allergic reaction type swelling, but a water retention, just-woke up, swelling. I take adderall IR daily, sometimes even at 90mg a dose and this hasn't happened to me with it, but its my first time taking vyvanse

I took 800mg ibuprofen and 2 aspirin to decrease with no luck so far. Anyone have any suggestions?

An allergic reaction is the only thing i can think of as I've never heard if swelling from vyvanse or amphetamines in general that wern't from an allergic reaction. Maybe your allergic to the lycinic part of vyvanse that isn't in adderall (if that's possible?)

You're likely allergic to one of the inactive additives in Vyvanse. Stop stacking NSAIDs (ibuprofen and aspirin) and take an antihistamine, like benadryl (diphenhydramine.)

I'd probably take the night off

I ended up taking 12.5 mg of hydrochlorothiazide, which is a diuretic and the bloating went away 45 min. later.

I had looked it up and read that d-amphetamines can cause water retention. I'm not sure if it was my BP or the water retention, but the diuretic helped right away.

Like I said before, I was pretty certain it wasn't an allergic reaction, but i appreciate the advice.
