So I took about 350mg of tram yesterday, and did a little research on some potential side effects and the only things that bothered me was the risk of serotonin syndrome and seizures. Now I'm less worried about the seizures because I am prescribed Lamictol for BP, but I was wondering how long I should wait before I eat any vyvanse. I really do not know if there's a risk at all for serotonin syndrome that could be induced my vyvanse, but I just wanna be safe. No ADHD, I just use it to get a lot of work done, any idea? I'm hopefully going to eat it tomorrow(about 40 hours after first tram dose), if it would be safe.

I don't know if the mixture is safe but I have intentionally combined the two with no ill-effect. Your mileage may very significantly.
I also had sort of a scare last night aswell, my dumbass didn't think about trams effect as an snri and I thought It would be okay to take some 5-htp. So about an hour later I noticed I was getting warmer and my heart beat was getting faster, no other bad effects besides this sort of vertigo nasuauaness and a terribly night if sketchy sleep, but I think I had my first mild case of serotonin syndrome, but it wasn't nearly life threatening. Just scary.
