Yeah, I don't think there's an easy way to do it. I believe there was a discussion here about it years ago when the drug was new. At the time it was theoretical, but things change.

Taking more helps, but that goes against harm reduction, even though I'm pretty sure lisdexamfetamine has a higher safety profile than traditional amps because of the way it works...

vvyanse is a great stimulant, it gives me all the qualities of dex-amphetamine, and it excludes all the negative side effects and crash, I love it
