I need to know some sort of time line on reuping on Vyvance I don't have much of a tollarance to stems I'm 35 years old male 11 year heavy opiate veteran iv taken 4 Vyvance 2 at 4pm yesterday an 2 at 12 last night and I'm trying to push tru till tomorrow 1130 pm I'm not sure when or how much is safe I have 50 mg Vyvance an some adderall, focalin, any help would be appreciated sooner the better thanks

Let me see if i understand you correctly: you have 50mg vyvanse and took 2 at 4pm and then 2 more at midnight? Did it keep you up all night? 100mg vyvanse is a good amount and they take about 1.5hrs to kick in.

I dont know your height/weight which factors in to how long they last. Even with not much tolerance it varies from 7-12+ hours. Anyway if you have 50mg vyvanse its almost midnight and you wanna make it another 24 hours i wouldnt suggest that. These medications arent like meth. Redosing will put alot of strain and even though vyvanse doesnt have a rough comedown with taking that many it wont be pretty.

Anyway if you want to do it take some vyvanse around now. Dont take any more for another 12 hours. Than another 50mg at noon tomorrow to get you til 11:30pm. Use the adderall sparingly as a booster.

Now i dont recommend this and you really didnt give enough information so i would say dont do it. You didnt say what sort of adderall you have, how much; how much vyvanse (just one 50mg? or 50mg pills and how many?) I dont know anything about focalin. You also didnt say if you are on any other medications. Listen man just get some xanax and go to sleep because if you are doing this for studying (im guessing for exams?) its not worth the effort your mind will be too scrambled to get anything done. Good luck man.
