Vyvanase and birth-control implant

This is the 2nd time I've taken Vyvanse from a friend's prescription to try and help me in school for a little while (I know, not the safest idea.)
I've tried googling this, to no avail. But i recently had Nexplanon etonogestrel impant, and I'm afraid this medicine will de-activate my birth control? I clearly am not in a position to ask my doctor. But if anyone knows, it would help.
Also, I've been known to have some right-atrial heart issues, so far i have not noticed the medicine having an effect on it.

Heavy use of amphetamines of any sort can mess with horomonal regulation in a more general sense, but amphetamine should not interact with etononorgestrel or other horomonal contraceptives.

It's not wise to use amphetamines with a heart issue.
