vyanse duration (first time using amphetamines in months)

I've done vyvanse plenty of times before, but I was taking adderall daily at the time. I haven't used amphetamines in months, and I just took 50 mg of vyvanse yesterday around 6 pm. I know amps last longer when you have no tolerance, so I was wondering about how long it would last this time doing it. Not the euphoria, but all the effects. I slept for about 6 hours, from 2 am to 8 am, idk if that effects the duration. thanks
