Vomiting blood? (Opiates)

Well yesterday I got ahold of some norcos (10/325s) and I took 10 without a CWE so a total 3250 of apap consumed within 24hours, did my last 3 earlier to equal the 3250 (I know its a big amount of apap but not enough for me to feel in danger). They've worn off awhile ago but I also took some kratom about 4-5 grams (which always makes me vomit) about an hour ago & I went outside to smoke a cig and It hit me to throw up so I did and it was a mixture of kratom and a reddish color tasted like blood to be honest? Should I be worried? I feel fine but could it be a sign of liver damage? I doubt it but just seemed kind of odd, never happened before.

In pretty good health, not an alcoholic etc that would contribute to such thing. Any ideas? Tried searching for answer but I didn't really find anything
 
Did you ingest anything red during that period? If not I suggest you go seek medicial attention right away, actually you should any way if you're concerned.
 
Actually now that I think about it I ate a whole bag of hot cheetos earlier, about 3-4 hours ago

& since I'm on opiates I'm constipated lol soooo...that would make sense thank you for responding I didn't even think about that.

Didn't taste like blood actually it was acidic-y (doesn't exist I know lol) like burned my throat kind of
 
Large dose of norco + kratom + large bag of hot cheetos = vomit central. Case closed.

When I puked red I was freaking out too, but I did overdose red cough medicine gels so that explains it.

It may have just been the cheetos you saw, puking semi-digested chips isn't going to taste good so you may have mistaken that for blood.

If the vomiting stopped and you feel fine you most likey are. :)
 
Yeah now I'm just tired but I already was so I guess nothing big and yeah it did stop after that. Guess I overreacted

Aaah better to be safe and sorry and ask for advice just in case.

If you're not sure that it was blood, then it definitely wasn't blood ;)
