be drinking quite a bit of vodka tonight before i head off to the rave, not too much just enoughe to get on a level and i'll have a few joints also just wondering if this will effect my MDMA buzz in anyway good or bad. %)

If I mix any sort of alcohol with MDMA I always end up a mess, even if its just a small amount. I would never do it again

I hear that it is dangerous to mix large amounts of alcohol with MDMA, since MDMA is a stimulant and alcohol is a depressant. I hear the combo creates horrible nausea, among other things. Marijuana, however, is fine.

It made me have 2-3 hourmemory blackouts and resulted in me being unable to stand, and I hadnt even had much alcohol. Probably 4/5 vodka mix drinks

The only time I felt nauseous when taking MDMA was when I had more than 1-2 drinks beforehand. This was also the only time that I can't remember the majority of the experience. I don't like to smoke weed before because I'm sensitive to it so it can dull the roll or make me more anxious.

What works best for me is: Max 1-2 drinks before (or none), then drop, then redose 1-2 hours later if necessary, then weed + benzos at the end.

you're half right...
OP its not recommended because, like JSPete said, it causes dehydration. Which is a reason that people die from MDMA...but its not the only reason...but that's a discussion for another thread and another day.
Honestly, you're gonna do what you want tho. All we can do is tell you that its not safe, and hope that you take our advice and not do it.
But you know the risks.

Vodka or any other alcoholic drink, IF taken in moderation will not affect your roll.

I probably drink more vodka than you can imagine on a standard night and still roll ballz.
