Vivitrol withdrawals

I got back on the vivitrol shot after effing up for a few months. Took the shot w sub in my system.. now the withdrawal. Worse at night.. been trying to counter w low doses of sub ..seems to be working.. but for how long?

How long ago did you take the sub befor getting your shot? I've been on it for awhile now
