Heroin Vivitrol shot and drug testing.

I am receiving a Vivitrol shot within the next couple days. I am currently between the grace period of it affecting me so I do not have an active habit. If you get the shot while currently on opiates, it puts you into immediate withdrawal I think because it rejects heroin from your body.

Does this mean that you can pass a urine test if you use before getting the shot? I'm not entirely sure if that's how it works or if it just blocks your opiate receptors and you immediately go into withdrawal.

Any input would be greatly appreciated; I'd love to get high before being shut off again.
