Misc vivitrol injection...what do i do now?

I have received my second of what will be monthly injections of Vivitrol to combat my addiction to opiates. So now opiates and alcohol do not have the desired effect when ingested :p I hate this. I have no desire to be on Vivitrol, but I have no choice.
My question: what CAN alter my consciousness still? Are there any other drugs that will be less effective? Could there be anything that would be more effective? It's so frustrating, I want to get fucked up. What can I do?:!

I still have a prescription to Klonopin...is there anything I can do with that?

We don't allow these "what should I take to get fucked up?" Threads.

Naltrexone only truly blocks opioids and for some lessens the desired effects of alcohol, it won't have an effect on most drugs.
