Vivid Deja-Vu?

What's up everybody? Not sure where to post this because it seems like something that would be more common on a psychedelic, but this happened to me while I was on MDMA, so I'll post it here.

So last weekend, I was chilling with a couple buddies and we ended up all splitting 600mg of some crystal MDMA. We each took 100mg over the course of an hour, then dropped the remaining 100mg and chilled on the dock of our sober/high friend.

An hour or two after the last dose, I started to peak, and I felt really high and really euphoric. Then suddenly I felt like my brain was switching from reality and dreaming, and I suddenly remembered a dream I had the night before. Something someone said or did triggered this intense wave of deja-vu, and I realized that the night before I had dreamed EVERYTHING that was happening for 20 to 30 minutes. We were even rolling in the dream, even though it was totally unplanned.

Anyways, the deja-vu was so intense that I literally could not tell if this all was really happening or if I was really just back in my dream. I've always felt like I was in a new dream-like reality when I'm rolling or on any psychedelic, but this was by far the most intense. Crazy thing is, I didn't take that much molly, only 200mg. I think it was definitely triggered by set and setting.

Was just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar whilst rolling or on a psych? Has anyone predicted future rolls/trips in your dreams? If so, I'd be enthralled to hear your experiences, because this was definitely one of the coolest things to happen to me yet on any drug!

MD has made me trip out once and it was freaky but quite cool. My trip was like a 'journey' through different headspaces all dependent on the set and setting. I'd literally dip from mental euphoria into twisted confusion/paranoia, someone give me bad vibes/average tunes - back to confusion. If i smiled or my favourite songs came on my head would clear and i'd be back in euphoria. The come-up was riddled with anxiety too, it was a bit strange tbh.

Your deja vu sounds weird! Was it fun?

It was freaky and exciting at the same time. The fact that I was rolling kept me feeling good, but I distinctly remember feeling like I could predict every detail and everything that was about to happen next. It started off as a sort of "Woah" moment, where I realized I had experienced it all before, then as I got more and more into it, I felt like I was being pounded with waves of deja-vu.

I honestly didn't even remember the dream when I woke up from it, but I was absolutely sure that everything was the same as in my dream. Crazy part is, thinking back on when it happened is like trying to recall a vivid dream. Strange, huh? Drugs are fascinating.

wow thats fucking crazy..Ok first thing My younger brother gets this thing after rolling for like 12 hrs where he "can't tell if hes dreaming or not" not really my experience so I cant say much about it but yeah, if dmt relases the dream chemical then whose to say in some people when they are rolling a little fuckin dream fluid drips or whetever and makes them feel like they are dreaming while awake..i dunno , I , once though, had a very vivid vision once while rolling, it was actually very beautiful saw it to trance music sitting with my eyes closed ( I get crazy cevs when i roll) I saw, alot haha but this one picture was literally stuck there for..ever..and it was 2 girls on a white blanket underneath a certain type of tree, less than a week later my friend and i (girls) were able to go back to a certian area where we rolled the rest of the summer ( underneath these certian trees on specifically a white blanket day after day after day.)

I can say this kind of stuff definetly happens to me. I used to get deja vu alot awhile ago but now it only seems to happen while I'm rolling haha. I could either have a dream nights before and the exact same stuff happens. Like friday I went to a rave and I remember seeing people there I've never seen before but I've seen them in my head at a point. Mines more like something happens and it no question happened before. I remember the first time I took e at the club it just hit and me and my buddy went to get a water. I remember looking behind the bar at the mirror feeling the most incredible I ever have in my life and then i shook my buddy and told him i swear I've done this before. it was the wierdest thought but I knew this happened and I felt like this before. Deja vu and all this could partly be tied to dreams but I think it's more complex than that. It's scary that we can dream what exactly happens the next day or simply knowing what's about to happen.
