Vitamins to use after Ecstasy

So i asked chatgpt for vitamins to use after ecstasy use and thats what it told me:
  • Vitamin C – Antioxidant support to help with oxidative stress.
  • B-Vitamins (especially B6 and B12) – For energy and nerve function support.
  • Magnesium – To help with muscle relaxation and cramps.
  • L-Tyrosine – To support dopamine and norepinephrine recovery.
  • Omega-3 Fatty Acids – For brain health and recovery.
  • Melatonin – To help regulate sleep patterns disrupted by the drug.
Can anyone please tell me if they think chat gpt is right? Maybe i need to add or subtract something?

Hi!

Vitamin C you wanna take 1g prior to using the X with at least 15mg Zinc oxide, zinc citrate or another better biovaialabe form of zinc.

Take the B vitamins with it too to help with energy release and damage.

Magnesium you wanna take prior too, NOT Mg Oxide it only has a bioavailability of around 5% and us best used for constipation.

At least 500mg L-Tyrosine or L-Phenylalanine for dopamine and (nor)adrenaline/(nor)epinephrine production prior to using and L-Tryptophan (Not 5-HTP, it's more like to be changed to serotonin in the gut not the brain.) afterwards too.

Sround 1g of Omega 3 fatty acids prior and after.

Melatonin afterwards obviously.

*Vitamin D3 800IU / 400% UK RDA prior and afterwards to help reduce damage and boost your immune system.

Use them afterwards too to help with recovery.

A lot of these are good to use daily too, especially the vitamin C (I'd take 250mg daily though.) with zinc, vitamin D, the B vitamins and the omega 3.

Thank you sooo much! You gave me peace of mind. I see you are very knowledgeable ok the topic. It would mean a lot to me if you would answer to a couple more questions i have.
Is there anything we can do to make sure we roll safe and if there is anything we can prepare beforehand in case of an emergency?
We are gonna roll as a small group in a house in a remote location.
Also is there anything to do to enhance the experience besides music?

You could buy tester kits to make sure you have actual MDMA.

Also when drinking fluids do not drink more than 500ml / 1 pint of water an hour if you's are only drinking water, as there is the risk of hyponatremia aka low sodium and it risks your brain swelling, brain damage and death.

You're best off drinking low sugar (Not sugar free cause you'll need some energy.) isotonic drinks, that way it's not a risk and you can drink a bit more if you wish.

Regarding better enhancing the experience it depends how close you's are and what you's like doing.

Music, walks in nature, good conversation, sex/massage, attempting world domination, whatever floats your boat.
