What are your opinions on this stack...
Daily split btwn breakfast lunch and dinner:
-200mg CoQ10 (in 2 doses b'fast and dinner)
-500-1000mg Acetyl-L-Carnitine (in2 doses b'fast and dinner) (taken with 50-75g carbs 30min before meal, and 300-400mg sodium for best absorption, also to prevent TMAO-creation, it is taken with liquid probiotic solution..wishful thinking perhaps, I am not 100% on if it works to prevent TMAO though taking these steps definitely produces a much more noticeable effect compared to taking alone on empty stomach or simultaneously with a meal)
-200-400mg Alpha Lipoic Acid (together with ALCAR)
-Quality Multi from popular supplement shop with lunch
-fish oil triple refined (in2 doses) (btwn 300-500mg of EPA and same amount for DHA in. I NEVER eat seafood)
-1000mg Taurine in 2 doses (lunch/dinner)
-400mg magnesium lactate/citrate/aspartate in two doses
-biotin (am going bald and also use *small* amount of rogaine AND ITS WORKING VERY WELL!)
-Osteo bio-flex one tablet w lunch (I have terribly loose joints from 15 years as an athlete and have had many surgeries, these seem to help and reduce instability, even if only mentally)
-Vitamin D 200% DV (500-600% total/day) taken with each magnesium dose and meal and together w/ large glass of yogurt smoothie--my doc said my bloodwork indicated a moderate deficiency in Vit D and I will be tested again in 3months
-1g tryptophan and 1g tyrosine first thing in morning and before bed on empty stomach 2g each per day (makes a huge difference in amphetamine effect- amp is 25mg in two doses morning/afternoon before meals)
Occasional green tea extract in morning and evening ~200-300mg egcg 95% total. I find it a more subtle version of marijuana (polyphenols have been shown to activate cannabinoid receptors in several studies. I notice minor moodlift and anxiety relief, and use when I crave marijuana bc I can no longer smoke as it makes me incredibly stupid and paranoid as hell) I used to vape 2g 65% THC wax per week and get full on retarded..never go full retard lol (reverse tolerance/sensitization kicked my arse when I took a month T-break after 7 years 100%daily smoker/dab user and have resultantly quit altogether)
-Ashwagandha standardized extract 5mg withanolides-2-3 times per week when I feel really anxious or if my excessive rumination has me feeling blue
Btw I have digestive issues (ibs-a..alternating hyperactive and constipation)
I know it's a long list of supps but I think each one has a unique and beneficial role in helping control my fragile mental state. (Have gone through every ibs treatment you can name...is now controlled with amphetamine 25mg/day though this is coincidence as I have ADHD) I've played around with removing some supps and changing doses, adding others and removing all of them for the last 5 years. This gives me the best results. All supps are fairly good quality and I am quite certain I would be challenged to find superior suppliers.
What do you guys think? Opinions are what I'm after most of all, as I feel it may be overkill (mostly concerned of the load it places on liver/kidneys and annoying fact that life is less enjoyable without my expensive supp addiction as that's how it feels), yet paradoxically also feel they are incredibly beneficial.
Keep in mind I am EXTREMELY RIDICULOUSLY sensitive to any substance. I had visuals from my first use of tobacco dip (Copenhagen pouch), 50mg of pure mdma brings full psychedelic visuals and extreme floored feeling, one cap of magic mushroom (size of a U.S. Quarter coin..cubensis) brings breathing walls and stretching/morphing of objects, shit one bong rip of 15% thc weed gives the breathing wall effect now and chewing on .2-.3g of mid-grade marijuana bud provides a noticeable stone, half a beer makes me very relaxed and giggly, and 10mg oxycodone gets me close to nodding 15 does it.
My only natural tolerance was coke. Even then, it seemed pretty on par with those I partook alongside with. Have used each drug in list at one point or another daily. (Talk about very affordable habits lol)
Anyways very sorry for the length, I may have taken an extra dose of amps because I had so many piling up and a lot of things to catch up on. (Rationalization ftw!) I do build tolerance verrrrrry rapidly but learned self-control and the supp stack seems to attenuate the tolerance issue.
Opinions on supplements would be GREATLY appreciated! Thank you thank you thank you if you read it all. Feel free to say wtf man ocd much..reason I would so greatly appreciate feedback on my stack..from those I talk to about it I get a 50-50 use if it works, and you're too into this shit bro. My doc said it seems a bit obsessive but if it helps immensely he sees no issue considering my digestive/malabsorption issues.
