Ok so i know it does something good for your roll but what exactly does it do? and how much can i take daily to see maximum benifits?

i actually find that vitamin c diminishes the impact of a roll significantly.. i actually take it as im coming down because it puts the kill on the amphetamine effects that linger on after the happiness of the roll wears off.

It will help stop things from oxidizing on your serotonin axons in your brain. I take it when I roll for that reason but also because it boosts your immune system a lot and helps keep you from getting sick.

I would take it on the comedown and days after to protect from damage. The only time i took it before i rolled, it seemed to hinder my roll.

I dont know if i'd take it for my comedown, i heard benzos help and i usually smoke some herb to take the edge off, but ill remember to take it the few days after my roll seeing as i wont be doing this often and want to retain as much seratonin as possible

theres no reason why you cant take it on top of a benzo or while smoking.. its really a good idea to take it after because its an antioxidant so it acts like a sponge and sops up all the shit that just sits in your brain and oxidizes. its been shown to prevent almost all neurotoxicity from mdma in rats. vitamin c is very safe, even in high doses. as soon as i feel myself coming down i pop two 500mg tablets.

just make sure you drink a bunch of water if you take it on the comedown.. vitamin c can enhance the dehydrating effects of mdma

The neurotoxic damage can occur for days and days after your roll, so by taking it immediately after you come down you are preventing further damage.

this is the truth about the vitamin C myth. Vit C i believe makes it so more MDMA is available to yer body somehow i forgot bits and pieces of it but even in large doses of Vit C it is not enough to really make an impact on your roll

idk about a thruth inside a myth but shit, now i'm just trying to figure out if taking it daily leading up to your roll will increase or decrease the effects of the high

it wont do anything unless you take it right before or during a roll.. in that case its likely it will decrease the effects.

If you pre-load with it alot, it will make your stomach very acidic, which will make it so a lot of the MDMA will not be absorbed, making your roll sucky.

^^^^its a myth vitamin C does nothing to the roll all it does is help your mdma induced lowerd immune system. thats it.

but no the facts that i layed out in the last post dont sound right but iu believe i got that info from a reply that RPG put out, not saying that exactly wat i typed was his exact words im just saying that thats the outcome

Vit C can "intensify" the roll, although you would need to take a ungodly amount of it that most people would get sick off of. if you dont believe me then do yer own research im just tryna help

do my own research? lol 8)

dude its not cool to come on here and throw out some totally ignorant bullshit on a subject you clearly know nothing about when people's states of health are at risk. if you dont know what youre talking about just dont post. lol.

I enjoy vitamin water after a roll, It comforts me to know that all those tasty vitamins are cleaning out of system. but really mdma is the only drug i take lately due to some other issues and i never comedown without a good source of vitamin c, It may just be a comfort thing to me but i have yet to experience a "negative"come down.

Settle down everyone.

Lucid..........James simply stated what he believed, he did not claim it as fact and even made the suggestion he may not have it all perfect.

Thats quite an acceptable statement.

If he or anyone else tries to claim things as fact such as "I know it does something good for you" well thats when we need to ask further questions.

People are entitled to opinions.
