Hi I'm interested to know whether vitamin c powder mixed with heroin as a cutting agent causes any vein damage or other health issues?
 
I'm trying to find out for a friend who doesn't use what he should use to cut, without damaging/hurting people? I don't know a lot myself as I just use the shit, don't really get involved in the preparation of such. Any suggestions?
 
Why vitamin c? It makes absolutely no sense. And BL isn't here to help you cut your drugs and hurt your community. Your question has no hr merit, quite the contrary tbh. Don't say it's your friend, everybody knows that you are most likely talking about yourself. Don't cut your fucking drugs!

And if you have a thread closed, please don't re-post with an extremely similar topic. If you have a question about why something was closed, just PM the mod who closed it.
 
Mate you are a tool, i reallybam trying to find information for my friend so he doesnt cut it with just anything. Im not a dealer, and i am trying to use this for harm reduction..... You know what i find so amusing, is that junkies having been stigmatised etc are the most judgemental pricks i have ever come across...... I should just let him cut it with shit n hope it finds its way into your arm you judgemental prick. Sometimes what people saybis actually what they mean you fucktard

well, for one, every iv heroin user in the UK bangs ascorbic acid/citric acid as the heroin here doesn't dissolve without it.

it would not be a suitable cut, as injecting it does cause vein damage, and about 0.1g of ascorbic acid (vit c) is enough to dissolve a gram of heroin (freebase), so the ratio would be way off. if you're in the US where it is heroin HCl and readily soluble, this would be even more harmful as it would just all become acid.

i don't have any other info really, beyond that it has been cut with caffeine (again, very small amount as in large doses nasty), and quinine (historically, but hard to get now because of that).

^ I don't believe in cutting drugs. Their is no harm reduction value to telling someone how to make a substance more impure, and as such, inherently more dangerous. Their are means of increasing solubility without adding extra filler. BL isn't here to tell your drug dealer friends/you how to cut drugs. Keep it pure instead of adding extra filler that will wreck your veins.

The greenlighters shouldn't be calling others retards or tools when you haven't been with the community for any appreciable time at all. It's fucking inhumane and completely againsts bluelights mission statement to ruin pure drugs with random powders, just to make someone more money. Don't bring that shit to a harm reduction website.

errrrr. herp derp, if all heroin suddenly was pure people would drop like fucking flies. and cutting drugs doesn't inherently make them more dangerous, it depends what you're doing or how you're doing it.

given the situation, realpolitik dictates, cut your drugs if you're a dealer and still was to have breathing customers tomorrow.

Cutting drugs is not harm reduction.
 
DOn't cut heroin with acscorbic acid, it will make it far too acidic which can cause it to revert to morphine. And it's acidic so it's not good for your veins.

If you have to be a scummy sonuvabitch, cut it with lactose, table salt, or something like finely crushed magnesium sulphate... inert additives that are safe to inject in small quantities.

But I agree, don't stomp on your fucking gear

I think people here need to give this guy a break. Whether or not its for him or it is really for his friend atleast he is asking what would be best to cut said drug with. Id rather him do that than for him to cut with <insert random powder> and people start going to hospital after the first hit.

Yes, keep your drugs pure. But c'mon who here actually gets <insert DOC> from the streets pure?

Im not a heroin user however id rather buy from him knowing what its got in it than to buy it from someone else and have no information about it whatsoever.

People here need to relax a little.
 
We're not here to help people decide what to cut their drugs with. It is good if people are thinking about save vs unsafe cuts I suppose, but cutting drugs is largely why street drugs carry so many risks and isn't something we can condone. We are also not here to help people sell drugs in any way, shape or form.

Injecting something acidic is not going to be good for veins. In the UK we mix heroin with ascorbic or citric acid to dissolve it, but using too much is a major cause of vein damage.

Inkedup, you've already had a similar thread closed. In future please speak to the moderator rather than starting a new thread on the same topic.
