Heroin visiting las vegas and need clean needles badly!

I just flew into las vegas last night thinking syringes would be otc like they are where I'm from, wrong.... I am starting to hit withdrawls and smoking just ain't cutting it, could someone please e-mail me or post the contact info for a needle exchange or somewhere to aquire clean needles?

idk where you from but did you try walgreens? in LA theyre the only place that will sell them.

and when i was last in vegas i saw some junky lookin guys hanging out on the side of one so i figured they do there too.

white cross pharmacy on las vegas blvd sells em. Otc 5 bucks per pack. That is the only place that i know sells them. No other major pharm sells them here in vegas.
