vision not fully coming back after too big of a shot - need feedback asap please!

hey hey bluelighters..ahh I've been not so great lately and bein bad steady can't sit still my legs movin in a huge circle n my cheeks are sucked on i hate this feelin if im talkin on the phone i pace my room n i been losin everything n my paranoia is at a high like it usually gets really bad, i pace between my two windows too...i been seein shit but having audio hallucinations (?) a whole level of terrifying sometimes 4 real..

anyways yesterday waking up i was just fine, with my 20/21 vision it was above normal - smoke bowl, blah blah, eat swiss rolls, do a blast of I'm pretty sure close 2 a half g of way too fire dope to b doin all @ once bein so small /tall 2 (5'10-135) and 18 I get to forgettin it sometimes... anyway when I went to detox not too long ago this older man was talking about how a friend of his fried his corneas and went blind from a shot of meth too big but I never really knew of it being more than a myth...I can't text, since doing that, for example without going cockeyed and having to reposition myself and my phone because the extent they feel like they're rolling around and turning everything blurry to the point that I'm blind as a damn bat and it's not going away at all since i did that, it almost hurts my head haha. but I'm hoping someone can let me know what to maybe expect or if it's happened to you..this is really an effect if permanent i think will make me put it down cuz nothing else works ODing turning blue cotton fever etc, but I'll be damned if this shit rules my life without any visual screen besides mine that is dark with no hope of ever being light -- i'm just happy it didn't go that far ya kno. thanks guys! i'm really really apprehensive about this shit

What was in your shot? I'm not clear from your post. Blurry vision is a fairly common side effect of a methamphetamine high though. I used to find it very hard, if not impossible, to look at things that were close when I was very high, I couldn't use my phone or read a book for example. It's always gone away for me after I've slept. I used to wonder whether it was caused by the pupil dilation, but I don't think so, as the blurriness of the vision doesn't always seem to correlate with the dilation of the pupils. If it hasn't gone away once you've come down and slept, or if you're worried, get it checked out. Take care.

I was shooting really really, really good crystal meth..and I'd love for that to probably be the case but having done it so consistently that i'd expect it to have happened sooner but it's always a possibility so never give up blesjlfssdssss hahaha

I looked at my eyes n when my visions scewed it looks like my pupils are inlarging one @ a time and being smaller out of order from each other haha fuck im ate up i cant figure the right way to word it

your vision will come back, your just super tweaked. your doing some massive bumps, the psychosis should be a dead give away.

do smaller bumps.

your doing way too much. half of a G? I got psychosis from a 20 cent shot.

be careful, come down, smoke some pot and chill.

I just binged on some adderall a few days ago and my vision was blurry when I woke up the next day. I had no drugs of any kind on this day and when I woke up the following day my vision was still blurry, which made me a little nervous. Well here I am about to put the next day to an end and although my vision has not completely returned to normal, it is much better. Judging by this I expect it to be back to perfect when I wake up tomorrow.

High doses will do that.
