Virtussin/Codeine Dosage help

So I came across this bottle of Virtussin A/C. It has about 50 ml left. Ingredients contain 10mg of codeine for every 5ml, and 100 ml of guaifenesin for every 5ml.

Would 100 mg of codeine be good enough? I also have promethazine pills (25mg), should I take a few of those to potentiate the codeine?

Last question, would taking all the guaifenesin be safe? If I did the math right i'd be taking 1,000mg, and adults can take 2,400mg in a 24 hour period.

it says take 2.5ml every 12 hours. I have no opiate tolerance. I also just got two hydro's, should I just say no to the virtussin and only take hydro and prometh? or should I just do all three. I just want to know if i'll be safe.

50ml really doesnt seem like much but just as long as I'm safe with these substances is all I'm worried about.
 
I think you're gonna have to extract the guaifenesin
I think you're only meant to 500mg of guaifenesin so that makes 50mg codeine, which is like 3 1/2mg oxycodone for comparison

Extract it or don't bother, unless you're feeling brave. Guaifenesin fucks with your cardio I'm pretty sure. You might have a heart attack or something. I might be wrong because I've never taken anything with guaifenesin in

Guaifenesin is an expectorant, so you just get SUPER nauseous, and throw up. ALOT.

can anyone explain the process? or link me to something I'm having trouble finding something on Virtussin
