Opioids Villan / morphine dinicotinate / Best ROA

As the title says. Whats the best ROA for morphine dinicotinate?
Oral?
Nasal?
iv/im? Altough im not a big fan of that route, and i have never done it before.
Or is pluggin the way to go?

And what dosage would you recomend? I got a medium tolerance for opiods. Usualy snort 60-80 mg oxycodone couple a times a week.

Definitely i.v. It's a 3,6-diester of morphine just as heroin is and it should be similar in potency to heroin when injected. So in theory snorted 60-80mg of oxycodone would be equivalent to 15-20mg of nicomorphine (morphine dinicotinate) i.v.'ed. I would start a little lower though, because you don't know the cross tolerance. And I would double the dose if I wanted to snort it instead.

I'm assuming your getting this prescribed, in what country are you able to get this prescribed?

It depends on what your definition of "best" is..

If you're going strictly by bioavailability, then IV and rectal would be the highest.

However, if you're going by risk.. then obviously, IV would not be a good choice..

I "found" it in Denmark. Did'nt got a prescription.
