Could I get in trouble for filming myself have sex with a hooker without her knowing?

Id want to use those video taping pair of glasses. I got the idea because ill be going to the red light district in amsterdam and thought itd be funny.
 
If you take photos of the ladies in Amsterdam you'll get an angry pimp shouting at you. I imagine if they found out you recorded it they wouldn't take it very well at all..
 
Photographing or Video-recording someone without their consent is morally questionable and definitely illegal in many places around the globe.

It could be seen as a form of stealing from her. So she, her friends, or her pimp might treat you as if they caught you ripping her off, if you are discovered doing it. Regardless of the morality of it (personally I think it would be wrong), you could get majorly fucked up.
 
I cant imagine those pimps in amsterdam making big bucks off those girls would treat you too nice when your caught...

**Prostitution is the ILLEGAL act of paying for sex with an exchange of money or favors.

**Pornography is the LEGAL act of paying for sex with an exchange of money or favors, as long as some portion is filmed.

Tell the hooker you want to film her, then get away with the whole thing, completely legally. :) btw get the permission on film. She doesn't have to sign anything or give her real name.

just because you happen to have the legal opportunity of paying for sex don mean these girls are yours to treat however you choose. I have lived there for 6 months. With your mindset you actually might find Amsterdam very disappointing.
 
Yes its illegal but if you're gonna do it, dont use the glasses. There are other objects you can use that wont be so obvious like those glasses with the hole in the middle. Like a pen camera & those can take some good video & sound, have seen it them at work.

I've never paid for sex but I have been through the RLD in Amsterdam and they told us not to take pictures of any of the prostitutes since they don't allow that, and this was just walking through the RLD and seeing the prostitutes in their windows.

Yes you could hypothetically get in trouble for filming someone without their consent. I'm not sure what the laws are in the Netherlands but that may be illegal there?

I would do what susofSeattle said and ask her first if you can film yourself having sex with her. Offer to pay more as it's only proper.
