Video Games and Tripping

I just realized the other night, 2C-I isn't a psychedelic I should take so lightly. I had an amazingly intense time, with real psychedelic thoughts similar to tryptamines. What was especially cool was playing Call of Duty: MW2 multiplayer. The first time I felt invinsible and won a deathmatch. It was such an amazing moment and I realized how kick-ass I am. The overconfidence is probably why I did so poorly the next game, and also because I didn't like the level.

I'd just like to know what your favorite games are; or if you play at all. Maybe you'd like to avoid them entirely. I limit my time playing while tripping, but it sure is intense. Especially playing Nazi Zombies on World at War with a friend... wow.

I find that the game gains a lot of realism and immersion while tripping; it becomes more important to win, almost like it's a real life mission.

I can't wait to try Black Ops! I'll be getting it in a few days, it's been such a bummer I won't get a chance to play until all this lousy work I have to do gets finished, but it will give me motivation to get my shit done.

I plan on saving at least one Black Ops mission for tripping.

If you've never played CoD: MW2 don't try out "No Russian" if you are sensitive to mass-murdering civilians, lol. I played that while high and although I did take part in the killing, it was a bit unnerving as real-life incidents flashed through my head of mass shootings in the USA. People are so helpless without a gun in such instances, glad I carry, I realized once again.
 
i remember playing tf2 on 2cb 3 years ago, i was a loving medic having fun.. also played it on 'vet grade' ketamine.. possible the 'lesser psychedelic' isomer and i did very good, 25 kills 3 deaths

i like playing "the specialists" hl mod on lsd sometimes

but the most interesting gaming experiences were whan i bought a wii all high on ketamine

super mario galaxy "a cosmic adventure" on the package
and the adventure mode of the latest super smash bros seems made for such a state.. lights turning off in the game and other things to screw around with you
call of duty for the wii was immersive, even if that console has the worst graphics out of it

i sold that console
 
One memorable moment for me was tripping on an 8th of shrooms and playing Gunbound. That game is just made for it, so colorful and beautiful.. no fear of violent imagery. I dominated my opponent who then began to trash talk me, so I hit him with the ultimate hurt by telling him he just lost to somebody tripping on shrooms. He refused to believe me though.

Haha I haven't heard anyone mention that game in a long time. I used to play it on shrooms quite a lot, as well as the mod Firearms - also a mod of the original half-life.

Geometry Wars for x-box 360 is pretty wild while tripping. Quite colorful.

i bought the wii version, i had it in bag standing at the train station and some down syndrome looking asian guy approached me and was like "what game did you buy" and i showed it to him and he laughed at it like it was ridiculous

I love gaming, I love psychedelics, but they dont mix for me. Last time i thought i was having fun playing GTA and my friend was like wtf are you doing and i realized i was in a car accellerating against a wall just giggling lol.

I just like to listen to music, think, and enjoy life while trippin
 
i played gta 4 on acid, kind of disturbing.. at least with the 'social commentary' sort of stuff. i usually just drive around aimlessly dodging cars while listening to music

and if weeds involved then i won't play video games

i just have a bunch of outdated games on my computer which look kind of lame visually when tripping.. all i got is an entry level heatsink video card.. only game pc game i still own that i payed for was hl
 
gta4 is creepy fun tripping . probably less than 5% of my time tripping is spent on TV or games, but some gaming experiences have been very memorable, in good and even sometimes bad ways (thinking of how fragile and lousy city life is while playing GTA4 on 4-ho-mipt lol)
 
Well i play games stoned all the time and am use to it now, don't really perceive things much differently it just becomes more enjoyable. But my first time tripping on shrooms when i get back home i still had the after effects and loaded up one of the MMO games i was playing atm. The graphics were pretty realistic and i remember looking at the computers just analyzing them thinking they had a mind of their own. It was pretty awesome i would follow some mobs around for a while and just watch in close view what they would choose to do, and why they would choose to crack their neck and make different facial expressions at times. Was awesome
 
I was going to suggest CoD but see you already play. PS3 or XBox? I have PS3.

I love the Der Riese Nazi Zombies high, haven't yet tried that tripping though. As for when I have played and tripped, I don't like to do it long, but it is very exciting and gets my heart racing.

I used to play wolfenstein (the newer one, non punkbuster) and sometimes teamkill while tripping and just laugh my ass off for minutes at a time. Sometime I'd take their name and walk up to them and just stare, they would stare back and usually teamkill me lol. I don't think I'd fuck around with people anymore while tripping and gaming.
 
i am SO happy someone said geometry wars on 360. that game was the most intense thing ever on 7 grams of insane mushies. too bad the rest of the trip was no fun :/ eating to many mushrooms is bad. that night ruined that drug for me forever

It was such a joyous time. It's hard to explain the feeling. The best way to descibe my feelings at the time were 'wholesomely happy'.

I think a brilliant game to play while tripping could be Fluid. It was a ps1 game which had a controllable dolphin mixed with a music studio.

It might sound bizarre from that description, but it can't be described. It's a very 90s thing though, if you get what I mean...

but on topic, i remember playing crysis at the tail end of a 2ce day and being utterly immersed in the whole experience, i remember i kept trying to peek around corners like looking through the monitor as a window... :P gameplay wise i wasnt much good but it was a whole bunch of fun...

on the other hand things can get pretty out of hand. i remember reading a report about professional gamers actually using stims to be able to perform throught the night. thats seems like a waste to me...

I played that game when i was candyflipping! It was amazingly more fun then usual. Being chased with no ammo because my team died xD
