hey i found out how to simplify this whole friend codes mess. there's a site called http://www.benmii.com that allows you to register your wii code on the site. you specify a name for people to search by in order to obtain your wii code. you add the site's e-mail address to your nintendo so they can send you mail on the message board when someone wants you to add them as a friend. i just signed up, so check it out if you wanna find more wii friends in time for super smash brothers.

There isn't any online play yet. But the Wii has built-in wifi. You just connect it to your wireless router.

ah, so basicaly you need 2 wii's for multiplayer

For now, you need one wii and two wiimotes for multiplayer although some multiplayer games only need one wiimote (Wario Ware, some Wii Sports).

4 wiimotes can connect simultaneously, online capabilities come out this summer with some pokemon shit, mario soccer and the killer app super smash brothers brawl.
