Video Game Discussion

we used to have this game at school on really really old apple mac computers you know the ones with the REALLY big floppy discs needed just to boot up? yeah those ones...

Anyway you were this square rectangle car and you drove on this road with all these turns and the goal was to not hit the road edges, and each level it would get skinnier... anyway it only had 4 levels... but it was fun for like 10 minutes... It's so classic it doesn't even have a name.

I was on the other side of starcraft. The game that was BETTER yet didn't get the props that starcraft got at first. I'm talkin about Age of Empires! Anyone else play that?

I knew i was too smashed the other night....awesome games, day of the tentacle baked my noodle forever heh (alot sexual inuendo right there come to think of it...)

Also i used to fuck round with a program called "Logo-writer", let you create little programs with a turtle that could draw up trippy little games and images, might be worth searching up, ill see what i find later im too tired atm

Rise of the Triad was golden.

Does anyone remember that game where you had a puzzle, and like, these objects and you had to solve the puzzle with careful and considerate placements of the objects. You had things like mirrors, lasers and I really can't remember, which is why I'm asking. Lol.

Good call, I used to play the hell out of that game.

Also must second the mention for Prince of Persia, another great one.

When I was cleaning out my garage the other day I actually found a bunch of my old games on 3.5", including the text games of Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy and Leather Goddesses of Phobos, how's that for old school. :)

a buddy and i used to play ROTT head to head for hours upon hours.

so much that i developed carpel tunnel syndrome.

we got so good that when we would play other ppl we would mop the floor with them.

btw, the "corpseyard" was the best multiplayer arena in ROTT.
