I just eat those, they work so much better that way. I did a cold water extraction a few times, and evaporated the water until it was a nice white powder and snorted that- it worked pretty well, but it was such a chore to do that I haven't done it that was since

It wont be this year, its supposed to come out sometime in 2013 & there are 4 companies that will be putting them out.
