vicodin question

Ive only took vicodin once and it was last night. It was about 20mg. Im getting my wisdom teeth pulled out in a few days and theyll probably give me vicodin. Im wondering if I take more tonight will the vicodin not work as good as it should when I get my wisdom teeth out or would it be ok?

You should be ok as long as you use the script to relieve the pain and not to get high. Tolerance builds fast, but not that fast.

I would say there is a chance vicodin won't work as well if you have a high tolerance to it. Being as you only took it once or twice should not affect it's pain killing properties though.
