Vicodin - Misc. Side Effects

I've been taking Vicodin recreationally for the past 3 weeks and noticed that it is hard for me to take a piss and even ejaculate. In fact, I don't think I can cum. Anyway, I can stand there for like 3-4 minutes just to piss and when I do, it comes out very gentle/slow. Also, if I shut my eyes really tight, I hear a kind of noise - not loud, but like wind. Has anybody else experienced these side effects?
 
yep... it gets a little better with time, assuming you will keep taking it regularly... or if you quit it will go away permanently...
 
yeah, thats a side effect, but how i love the euphoric affects, im on 20mg right now, the perfect dose for me, as im functional and can even associate with parents, but feel niiiice. i hope i dont build up too much of a tolerance quickly. those are normal though, u may even experience some constipation. such are the ways of opiates
 
20 mg is just too low for me. I usually take 30-37.5mg. I've experienced the worse constipation the other day. I had to lie in bed curled up because it hurt so bad...it was like i got hit in the balls really really hard. i ended up taking pepto and that helped the minute i took it. I notice that my nose gets really dry the next day...don't know if it's due to the cold weather but it's not really not normal for me.
 
As far as peoples nose's getting dry, I think its because people spend hours itching their noses when they're high. I'm on 70mg now, and I can't stop itching my nose. I sure feel good though! hehe

Actually what I mean by dry is the inside of my nose. It gets dry and stuffed up. Like a major build up of dust up there. I do get itchy though.
I think my tolerance has built up quickly and it's only been 3 weeks. I don't think I'm addicted though...it's not like I need it everyday. With taking 70mg, do you extract the APAAP?

i guess i've never experienced the dry nose problem. i actually toke a bunch of norcos so it only is about 2200mg of apap-- not healthy, but its not going to do any damage if its not too often-- thats what i tell myself at least. if your only taking small amounts i ouldnt be too worried about addiction. i took like 50mg a day for about a week, and then layed off and didnt have any problems. i was sure constipated that week though :)
 
7 narcos=4550mg of APAP, which i think is right at the daily limit for liver damage, and the only reason 20 does anything for me is because i laid off for a while so my tolerance died down to nothing, plus by perfect dose i meant that i felt messed up, but still functional, if i wanted to get really fucked up, i would need more than that, which i probably will anyways soon once my tolerance builds up again
 
Yes I have experienced very similar side effetcs. Actually, I have quite a horror story about it. NOt being able to piss that is...

SO after a night if Oxycontin bingeing (i think i had about 160mgs in the night, plus 20mgs of vicodin), i woke up around 5 am and had to piss, so i got up and went to the toilet and stood there for 3 mins and couldnt piss. So i sat down and tried for anther few minutes. no luck. so i thought ok no big deal, must be cause of all the opaites... so i went back to bed, woke up at 9am and had to piss SO BAD, went to the toilet, NOTHING. i couldnt go pee even though i had to really bad. my bladder was full and it was getting painful. tried again around 10. i couldnt go. so i drank TONS of water... big mistake... this made it 2X worse...

well by this time i knew it was looking like a trip to the hospital. So my mom drove me blah blah blah, i had to get a cathider up my pee hole and they had to drain my bladder for 2 hours. it was so fuckin painful i cannot even describe. this tube like 4times the width of my pee hole was coming out of me. I was screaming in agony just laying there. the Dr was about to give me a morphine rig b/c of the pain i was in but at the last minute he changed his mind and said, "get him one percocet". oh yeah thats going to help a lot after 160mgs of oxy the night before... of course i didnt tell them this... after 3 hours int he hospital, a cathider up my dick and some extreme laxative they gave me which had me sick, in cramps and in shitting water for an hour i was on my way home....

not a fun experience people.... the dr's couldnt figure out why this happend... even though i knew...

yeah that sucked.

anyways, yeah i know the feeling of urine retention. :\

Damn vicodelicious that story was HORRBLE. I was cringing reading that hospital part. anything like that having to do w/ dick makes me weak! I can relate to standing a minute or 2 to pee and then sit down and peeing like drops...
 
ouch, is there anything we can take or drink or anything to help with beuing able to piss? maybe we should take the vics with certain things or whatever
 
yeah, and while i was there, on one side of me was a gunshot victim who got shot twice in the leg and rushed in while i was laying there, and on the other side was this guy who was in an awful motorcycle accident. the ER is really a gross and disturbing place to be... :(

as for taking something im not sure about urine. i know you can take stuff for #2... fibercon, metamucil etc...

You mean Norcos, and they only have 325 mgs of apap in each pill. 7 Norcos=2,275 mgs of apap.
 
ohh, sorry, you're right. i was looking at the erowid information and the 10mg vicodin brand that they had was 660 APAP, ive never gotten the norcos myself (although i want some badly) and didnt think about what i was typing, you're right though twgburst

and i think thetruth is basicly just asking the same thing i did, what can you eat that would help you piss, he just dressed up the language a little more
 
hmm, those might work, ive never had experience to any diuretics though (for those who dont know what those are, they are drugs, or any substace for that matter, which would make u piss more basicly) anyone tried that yet? does it help with those side effects? if no one has someone should and tell us if they help. id do it but i dont know if i have acess to such drugs.
 
I have a feeling diuretics would not help, probably just hurt. They definitely make you body lose more water, but I think that would just fill your bladder, essentially the same thing as drinking a few glasses of water. I would guess that you would still have a problem peeing. Just a guess though.
 
all opioids do this. Vicodin(hydrocodone) in particular can cause more constipation and renal retention than other opiates. I find Morphine the worst.
Other than that apap free hydrocodone is good.
