Vicodin/Apap question

Hello everyone, hopefully someone can help me out. The other day I got vicodin 7.5/750. The problem is I have such a high tolerance that I have to take a bunch at a time for any pain relief. I know not to go over 4,000 mgs of APAP a day. My question is how do I do a CWE if I don't have any measuring tools. Every time I look it up the measuring it written in MLs which I have no way of measuring that. The only measuring tools I have is like measuring cups. So can someone explain a very easy way to do a CWE? Thank you to anyone who helps me out!
 
Yes that helps somewhat. It says for 20 tablets you need 40 mls of water. So If Im only doing 10 or so tablets I should only need 20mls correct?
 
nope. there is absolutely no way you could dissolve 10 vicodins in only 20mls of water.

or i think. i guess i do not really know what 20mls looks like. less than one tenth of a cup. just does not seem like it would work. but i've never done a CWE, so i am gonna step out and hopefully someone who knows can help you out. though i think reading through that thread a little further would help too.

Well thank you anyway for trying to help me. I wish I had more pills so I could do the CWE. I will just have to be careful with the tylenol in them then.
 
^i'd wait a minute or do some more reading. i do not see why you could not do it with 10 of 'em. and i would definitely not take 10 x 750mgs at once.
 
I don't know how much water I use in terms of mls I must say - but I try to stick to the minimum needed to dissolve the pills. When I first started I would add as tiny bit, see if they dissolved, then add some more if it was too goopy until I had them all dissolved. If the solution is thick it will gum up the filters, so you do need to make sure they are dissolved properly - but APAP is slightly soluble in water so you don't want to use loads more than necessary. This is more important if you are CWEing a lot of pills at once, but it is best to get into good practice from the start (plus it means less disgusting opiate water to drink!)

edit: def no minimum number of pills! No problem with using 40mls for 10 pills - that's still a small amount of water and the amount of APAP that would dissolve would be negligable.
 
Hey Butterfly, I have a good bit of experience doing CWE's, and while I won't go into a whole spill about the process I can tell you that the less water you use the more goop you will have to deal with while filtering, on the other hand, if you use too much water, you're left with a ton of bitter-ass Tab juice to chug down. Last time I did 12 Tabs I used about 1/2 cup of water and it seemed to work out just fine. I know it wasn't much but I hope this helped somewhat. Be safe and good luck.
