Vicodin and codeine mix?

So i had some codeine with tylonal syrup at around 10 30 this morning. the bottle was at around 90 and now its at 15. im assuming that means ML. dosed it at a rate of 3 small sips every 20 minutes or so, now thats worn off, and its 1 45pm and i have some 7.5/750 vicodins and im just wondering if id be good to take a few of them, thanks =]

I personally don't like mixing different opiates together, and since the half-life of codeine is approximately 2-3 hours, I would wait at least 3 hours (if not more) after the last codeine dose before taking the Vicodins. I say this only because even though you might not be feeling the effects of the codeine, it is still present in your system. Taking it when you may still have enough in your system might have a synergistic effect with the Vicodin. However, like I said, I have not mixed the two so I can't say for certain, and you tolerance and other biological factors play a role.

It sounds like you can take it. Go for it, if you know the codeine's worn off.

I don't mind mixing opiates personally. Only you can know your tolerance buddy.
